Space is the first thing you notice in this Sheffield Beach home, and there is plenty of it. Seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and a guest loo spread over two levels, so everyone in the house gets their own corner.

Downstairs is where the living happens. The lounge and dining room are made for proper family dinners, and the kitchen is set up for someone who enjoys cooking: a gas stove and an induction stove (use whichever you prefer, or both), a walk in pantry, and the fridge, washing machine and microwave stay with the house. Also downstairs are two bedrooms with their own en suites, plus two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a bath and toilet. Ideal for kids, guests or a home office.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a walk in closet and an en suite with a shower, a bath and his and hers basins. There's a second bedroom with its own en suite shower and toilet, a third bedroom with a separate bathroom, and a guest toilet.

Outside, there's a swimming pool for those long North Coast summers, a double garage that takes you straight into the house (no more carrying shopping in the rain), and parking for six more cars, so visitors are never a problem.

The home is semi furnished and pet friendly.
