Set high up in Lush Condos, this furnished two bedroom apartment looks out over Elaleni's coastal forest all the way to the ocean.

The open-plan living space flows from a sleek modern kitchen with laundry space, past the dining area and into a relaxed lounge. Glass sliders open onto a wide covered balcony that's made for morning coffee and sundowners with a view.

The main bedroom has air conditioning, built-in cupboards and an en-suite shower. The second bedroom works beautifully for kids or guests, and the second bathroom has a freestanding bath. At 103m², there's room to properly spread out.

The property offers convenient lift access, two basement parking bays and a private storeroom. Sold partially furnished, it is ready for you to move in or start letting immediately.

Life in Elaleni means 24-hour security, padel and tennis courts, swimming pools, a fully equipped gym and beautiful clubhouses, including the estate's beach clubhouse. Ballito and Salt Rock are just minutes away.

A lovely lock-up-and-go coastal home, holiday base or investment.
